Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can you accommodate?
We have single, twin and triple rooms over three houses and in total we can accommodate 43 people. The minimum number of people we allow per booking is 12.
When is the site available?
This can be discussed at the time of booking and we can usually work to your schedule. If it is in term-time, however, and your booking starts on the Friday afternoon the earliest you would be able to arrive on-site would be 4pm (this allows time for our students to vacate the site).
Our group consists of residential and non-residential delegates. Is this a problem?
As long as we have information beforehand (we contact you to confirm your requirements prior to arrival date) this is not a problem. Non-residential delegates can be here for as many meals as you require. We can provide prices for non-residential delegates on request.
We all have different dietary requirements, can you accommodate us?
Yes! As long as we have the information regarding all different dietary requirements, in advance, we can ensure everyone is catered for.
