Heleana is a digital strategist with over 16 years experience across brand marketing, business growth, social media, customer relationship management and content marketing disciplines. She has worked in a diverse range of sectors from technology, FMCG, retail and utilities with clients such as Microsoft, Yahoo, Unilever and Tata Consultancy Services, through to social enterprises and charities such as the Royal British Legion.
Having written white papers on building influencer networks for businesses, social media and the law and social strategy; Heleana has also delivered digital education programmes for clients and communications agencies. She has spoken and chaired at a range of conferences from Ad:Tech, Digital Shoreditch, Social Media and Utilities and the Media Trust.
Working with Diversity Role Models, she also visits schools to help deliver anti bullying programmes across London and elsewhere in the UK. She is also a Fellow at the RSA.
