Strategic Projects Manager

As Strategic Projects Manager, I project manage the planning and implementation of our strategy cycle to enhance our effectiveness in delivering impactful interventions for young people across the country. I provide project management and administrative support to the Safeguarding Committee, as well as leading on our work in environmental sustainability. At Villiers Park, I have worked in various roles from Progression Coach to Programmes Manager. I am passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of others and supporting young people to reach their fullest potential.

Outside of Villiers Park, I have volunteered at residential camps for children with health challenges and disabilities for the children’s charity Over the Wall, as well as at a special educational needs school and Barnardo’s. Prior to this, I achieved a BSc in Sociology at Cardiff University and studied a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance.
