Why Leadership Challenge? 

Designed and led by students, Leadership Challenge enables young people to explore their interests and experience success through the development and delivery of a project with impact for their communities and peers.


Completing the project provides opportunities for students to have new experiences, while building confidence and developing a range of employability skills

Student Journey
