Why Leadership Challenge?

Designed and led by students, Leadership Challenge enables young people to explore their interests and experience success through the development and delivery of a project with impact for their communities and peers.

Completing the project provides opportunities for students to have new experiences, while building confidence and developing a range of employability skills.

Student Journey

Completing a Leadership Challenge project supports young people to become agents of change, achieving awards determined by individual development and impact on the school community.
