I am excited to re-join Villiers Park, having previously worked as Director of Education between 2015 and 2019. The organisation’s mission and values align perfectly with my personal beliefs and educational philosophy around fair access to education and opportunity. I believe passionately that Villiers Park has the expertise and experience to transform the lives of young people through broadening their understanding of what is possible and supporting them to realise their potential.

With 15 years senior leadership across schools and colleges, I bring extensive experience in teaching and learning, pedagogy and STEM education. I have a strong track record of leading enrichment projects and building partnerships with universities and organisations that raise aspirations and support progression.

Alongside my career, I run a community gymnastics club, providing gymnasts and coaches with a positive environment to develop physical skills and thrive personally and socially. I also enjoy judging tumbling and can even occasionally be found competing as an adult gymnast both locally and internationally!
