Helen Slater is Interim Principal of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and Managing Director of RADA Business. Helen leads strategy, commercial development, financial resilience and operations, helping to shape RADA’s vision as a centre for excellence and innovation. She draws on experience across the creative industries at Southbank Centre, Intermusica, the Royal Court and M&C Saatchi Arts, where she led award-winning campaigns and digital transformation.
