Nikson Ma has more than 30 years of international leadership experience in finance and investment, corporate governance, treasury and risk management, corporate banking, and strategic management. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of ShawKwei & Partners, an independent private equity investment firm in Asia.

Earlier in his career, Nikson held senior leadership roles with Emerson Electric and Standard Chartered Bank. He was once served as the Corporate Governance Leader for Asia at Emerson Electric to enhance the governance standard of various group companies.

Nikson is currently a Trustee of Cambridge Summer Music, helping to advance its mission to promote classical music and nurture emerging young musicians.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He is passionate about applying his financial expertise and governance experience to help charities achieve sustainable growth underpinned by good governance.
