For over a century our charity has gone through lots of changes. We are always working to make the biggest possible difference by evolving our ways of working meet the needs of the young people we work with and address the different challenges they face. Our current strategic plan sets out our ambition to support significantly more underrepresented young people to reach their potential. It sees us broaden the age range and meet the needs of a wider pool of groups. Given our significant experience and expertise in social mobility and education, we will use this to influence policy at the highest level and ensure all young people have equitable opportunities to succeed.
