Programmes Coordinator
This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Villiers Park programmes across the country, supporting key elements of programme delivery, including cross-hub administration, communications and lead the organisation of residentials. You will work closely with other members of the Programmes team and the wider organisation. Reporting to: Assistant Director, Future Leaders Programme and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Salary:
£28,644 to £30,596 (0.8FTE)
Working pattern: 4 days (0.8FTE, with Wednesday as a core working day)
Location: Hybrid (Location near to one of our regional hubs)*

*Location: UK-based, hybrid working. You can be based anywhere in the UK, provided you are within reasonable commuting distance of one of our Regional Hubs and can attend the Hub when required.

The ideal candidate
Skills and experience:
- Experience of organising events or workshops,
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding
- An understanding of decision-making within schools
- Proactive approach
- Strong understanding of Microsoft tools including Excel and Outlook Willingness to learn and be flexible in their approach.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience of coordinating projects in the education sector including risk management
- Experience of delivering workshops or events with young people
Personal attributes:
- Passionate about social mobility and improving the learning experience of young people from under-represented backgrounds
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A team-player who enjoys working collaboratively
