Villiers Park is a national social mobility charity. We deliver evidence-informed programmes that develop personal and employability skills and raise academic outcomes for young people aged 11-19 from under-represented backgrounds.

We believe every young person should have an equal opportunity to excel at school, at university and in their careers. Our unique and tailored programmes increase aspirations for learning and motivation, develop academic, employability and personal skills and raise attainment.

“The Future Leaders programme has given me a great foundation for my future; it’s allowed me to talk to people in ways I had never been able to do so before. Without Villiers Park I would not have the skills to talk publicly without fear. But I think the biggest thing Villiers Park has given me is the confidence to be myself and the support to follow my dreams”

“I'm so grateful to Villiers Park for giving me this opportunity because I feel like I've gained so much knowledge. I'd recommend this experience to anyone. In fact,I'd recommend anyone to take any good experience they get given because of the insurmountable skills that I acquired and the fact that it's good on my CV! Villiers Park has offered me endless opportunities”

“Being part of the programme has really opened up so many doors, which is really exciting. But being afforded these opportunities that are usually for the ruling class and elite, I just feel so lucky. I'm not a politics student, but when we did the trip to Parliament, it was very eye-opening. I think I could definitely see myself in the future, maybe more in the long term future, maybe going on to bean MP.”

“My favourite part of the programme is the coaching and mentoring. I’m grateful that I have someone dedicated to helping me succeed in the future and to help me with any questions I have or opportunities I want to pursue. The programme has changed my mindset and I definitely feel more confident with the key skills of the programme after the residential and leadership challenge especially.”

“Without this programme I would be a lot less aspirational. It has made such a big difference it’s hard to put into words."
